More Info (+/-)The Gateway Community Alliance sponsors the Miracle Mile Parade and Festival, Saturday, September 4, 2010 on Madison Avenue from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The parade starts at 1:00 p.m., so all possible volunteers ought to arrive before 12 o'clock Noon. To see the parade route go to http://www.miraclemileparade.com/2010/parade.html. Meet near the corner of Troy Ave and East Street. The placement in the parade is yet to be determined. We hopefully will have T-shirts available and brochures to pass out along the way. If anyone knows of an older convertable car, let me know. The parade is a mile along Madison Ave. The actual start is at Southern Ave and Madison and ends at Sumner and Madison. It is followed by an antique car show at Southern Plaza.
