You can't really understand IT until you understand a little bit about me.  I am a news junky, both from the consumer standpoint of wanting to know as much about everything I can and from the scholarly standpoint of analyzing news and media outlets for actual or perceived bias.  I can spend hours reading the same story from different sources looking for subtle differences in the way the base facts are presented and then trying to figure out the reasoning for those differences.

Thus, the primary goal of IT is to present the current hot stories as reported by multiple outlets into one easy to manage location, the area of IT that I like to call the BIG BOARD.
